Black & Blue Brussels review by Rhondacampbell3883
Want a small child to eat vegetables? Order the Black and Blue Brussels Sprouts and watch him devour them. The sprouts are roasted to the perfect point of crunchy but not too far. The sweetness of the candied pecans adds a chewy texture and fresh note to the bitter greens that I would never have thought to add when preparing sprouts at home. The tart berry sauce works with the bitter and sweet to make a party in your mouth. Caution! The yummy berry sauce has a very spicy kick, so order on the side for kids or tender-tongued adults to control the heat level yourself.
Shrimp & Grits - review by Dabuddha66
Tonight we had the good luck of being in Lawson's section again. We ordered the half-dozen oysters, shrimp and grits with andouille, the Nashville hot chicken sandwich w/red beans and rice. My daughter broke from her normal gumbo order and got the shrimp and grits with Lawson's suggestion of the andouille added. She loved it! The grits have a little sweetness to offset the rich sauce and meats. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is on the lunch menu, but they will make it at night, and when they say hot, they mean it! I wanted to try the read beans and rice, and instead of an entree Lawson suggested a cup on the side. They have heat and flavor that is not very well balanced. After almost four years of coming here, I am still never disappointed.
Grilled Ruby Trout - review by Rick
I wish there was a double ❤️ rating. The grilled ruby red trout was excellent. The flavors are just incredible. The sides (special potatoes and collared greens were delicious and paired well with the trout. My wife who is not fond of fish, ordered the grilled ruby red trout as well. Her comment after she polished it off was, "Oh my gosh, that was really really good. I loved it." My mouth is watering just typing this.
Cup of Guedry's Gumbo review by Eric
Delicious. I have never met a bowl of gumbo I didn't like, but I loved this bowl. Hush puppies were remarkable as well
Johnny Steak & Frites - review by Sethsmama2006
We LOVE NOLA. so decided on The Parish for my 58th Bday dinner...SO GLAD WE WENT & cannot wait to GO BACK!!! OMG! So Im going to start with the steak & review each meal I sampled... the steak: PERFECTION! Cooked, Taste, Texture PERFECT! Soooo favorful! The sauce: EXCELLENT! I personally, could have used some extra cajun seasoning or more garlic but I understand most people dont want it too spicy. It was EXCELLENT just as it was!!! The fries, yup, you guessed it, EXCELLENT! Not just your average fry...Crunchy, nice seasoning or something I'm not even sure what, but perfect... the CORNBREAD! YEEEEEES PLEASE!!! Moist, favorful, crunchy outside, AH-MAZING butter!!! Chicken & Waffles!!! HELLLLLLO! FANTASTIC! flavor galore! My 8 yo grandson got that & let grandma sample it. Thankfully, they brought my dish before I got carried away with "sampling"...I LOVE this meal & will probably get that next time. Chicken is beautifully flavored all the way through, not dry but not slimmy as dark meat can often be (imo). This was simply fabulous! The waffle, you havent had one until you've had THIS bad boy!!! WOOOOOOW! Loved it! my son got the Parish Burger and said this was the BEST burger he's had in Arizona, though hes not a huge fan of blue cheese, he said NATIONWIDE, this is in his top 3 easily. He's 20 & LIVES on burgers soooo he definitely knows his burgers lol We finished the night with Bread pudding, as I said it was my BDay... and well, I hate to say it but... it was AH-MAAAAZING as well! Personally, I would leave out the chocolate but I'm getting it again when we go back next time hahhahhaha I LOVE the texture, it's thick & hearty! And F L A V O R F U L !! UNFORTUNATELY, thats all I ate... & until I can think of another excuse to travel 65 miles ONE WAY to eat here, this is my review of the FOOD... Now, waitestaff... Our server was just as sweet & genuinely pleasant as any one I met in Nawlins'! An asset to the establishment for sure. Simply put, I cant wait to get back! We'll be seeing y'all soon! But NOT soon enough.
Seafood Boil review by Laura
This was our first time at The Parash and definitely not our last. One of the best restaurants in Tucson! The blue cornbread with whiskey butter was fantastic and the seafood boil made me hum with joy. I loved the Pickle Berry Pie. Don't even get me started about the cocktails! We went for a birthday and will be coming back.
Shrimp & Grits review by Mary

Side Salad review by Rick
The side salad was excellent. The lettuce was fresh as were all the toppings. My wife and I split one. We really enjoyed it.

Hushpuppies review by Nicki
These Hush Puppies were so amazing! We ordered a second order and then an order to-go. Everything we tried on our first visit was so good but these were the hit of the night!
